Dupla is a user experience and digital product studio based in Seattle, WA. In a collaborative process, I've worked closely with the co-founders to bring a new aesthetic for the visual identity and refreshing the typography of their logo. With 6 years of existence, Dupla is not like any other digital product studio. Their approach and expertise is based on diving deep into the client’s problem through research and design, bringing clarity to complexity. The visual identity seeks to evoke an intriguing, bold and articulate communication and a consistent representation of what Dupla Studios stands for.

Our approach was to expand the shape of the logo’s brackets to its maximum abstract form. This visual exercise brought us a wide range of possibilities when communicating the message, going from typographic, straightforward, minimalistic layouts to conceptual, expressive and exciting compositions.
